2. What data we process
- Data you provide when booking a call via the embedded Calendly widget on the contact page (name, email, company, selected time slot, any notes).
- Data you send us by email (name, email address, message content).
Our website uses no analytics tools and no tracking cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and deliver the agreed services. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR (performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
5. Processors and data transfers
Call booking runs via Calendly (Calendly LLC), embedded on the contact page. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with Calendly; any transfers to third countries rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). We use no other external processors of personal data on this website.
6. Retention
We keep contact data for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your data. Write to privacy@zeroon.one. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
