Privacy Policy

2. Data we process

• Information you submit via the contact form (name, email, company, message, qualifier answers).
• Anonymous browsing analytics (Plausible, cookieless).

3. Purpose

Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver agreed services. We do not send marketing without explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) — contract performance and legitimate interest.

5. Data transfers

Forms are processed via Formspree (EU region) and Cal.com. DPAs are in place with both. Data remains in the EU.

6. Retention

Contact data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data any time. Contact privacy@zeroon.one. You have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
