Live program · 5 weeks · small groups

Every company will soon have its own AI Champion.

You have an Excel wizard, a CRM admin, an ERP administrator. You don't have an AI expert. In five weeks we create one from your existing employee — no new hire, no new department.

Not another AI tool. One person who understands AI and helps everyone else.

/01 — The problem

The problem isn't the technology.

It's the distance between what AI can do and what your team knows how to do with it.

There are too many tools today, not too few. A new one ships every week. The real question isn't "which tool to buy" but "who in the company knows which problem is worth solving, which tool to use and how to do it safely".

For every important tool you have a person who understands it and helps others. For artificial intelligence — the most powerful tool of this decade — you don't have that person. And that is exactly the bottleneck.

  • 01
Employees lose hours on repetitive work.
  • 02
Nobody knows which tool is right for which task.
  • 03
Everyone experiments alone; knowledge isn't shared.
  • 04
AI is a topic in meetings, not in practice.
/02 — The solution

The role your company doesn't have yet.

An AI Champion isn't a new hire and isn't an IT person. It's your existing employee who becomes the first person everyone turns to when AI can save time.

01

Spots opportunities

Sees which task is worth automating and which isn't. Knows where the savings are real.

02

Helps colleagues

Is the person anyone can ask. One person knows the answer instead of everyone searching separately.

03

Adopts safely

Knows which data may be shared and which may not. Sets the rules before damage happens.

04

Improves processes

Doesn't get stuck on one tool. Keeps looking for where work can be faster with fewer mistakes.

/03 — Why courses don't work

A generic course is forgotten in two weeks.

  • 01
They buy a tool, not a capability.

They pay for licenses nobody knows how to use properly. Three months later, they're abandoned.

  • 02
They send the team to a generic course.

Everyone hears something, nobody implements anything. The knowledge evaporates.

  • 03
They hand it all to IT.

But AI isn't an IT project — it's a change in how people work every day.

  • 04
They wait for the "right moment".

It never comes. Meanwhile the competition quietly builds its lead.

Our approach · capability, not a course

You're not buying a course. You're buying a capability.

This program has a single purpose: to turn your existing employee into someone who understands AI well enough to help everyone else. Not in a year — in five weeks. And that capability stays in the company.

/04 — The shift

Before and after.

Five weeks don't change just one employee. They change how the whole company works.

Employee · before
  • Has heard of AI but doesn't know where to start.
  • Does repetitive work by hand.
  • Is afraid of making a mistake.
Employee · after
  • Leads AI adoption in the company.
  • Automates tasks and teaches others.
  • Works confidently and safely.
Company · before
  • AI is a topic in meetings, not in practice.
  • Everyone experiments alone; knowledge isn't shared.
  • Falls behind the competition.
Company · after
  • Has a clear plan and a person who drives it.
  • Knowledge spreads from one to everyone.
  • Sets the pace instead of chasing it.
/05 — The program

Five weeks. One goal.

Live, interactive, in small groups. Each week builds on the previous one — from understanding to a strategy the participant implements in their own company.

Week 01

Foundations

How AI actually works, choosing the right tools, prompting, security and privacy.

Week 02

Opportunities

Where automation pays off in the company: sales, marketing, support, administration.

Week 03

Building

The Zeroon platform, building workflows, connecting tools and the first AI agents.

Week 04

Implementation

The participant builds a real solution for their own company, with mentorship.

Week 05

Strategy

An adoption plan for the company and how to train colleagues — the path to the AI Champion role.

/06 — Included

What remains when it ends.

The program lasts five weeks. Everything the participant receives stays in the company.

  • 01
    Templates and working frameworks

Ready-made frameworks for the most common tasks, usable from day one.

    Access to the Zeroon platform

The automation-building tool the participant uses throughout the program.

  • 03
    Prompt library

Proven prompts for sales, marketing, support and administration.

  • 04
    Automation library

Ready-made workflows you adapt to your company instead of building from scratch.

  • 05
    Community and office hours

Access to the community and regular Q&A sessions, even after the program ends.

  • 06
    Recordings and certificate

Recordings of every session for review, plus the AI Champion certificate.

/07 — Who it's for

Not for everyone. On purpose.

The program delivers the most to companies genuinely ready to implement something — not to those looking for a general overview.

Right for you if:

  • You know AI matters but don't know where to start.
  • You have an employee you want to grow into an internal AI lead.
  • You want concrete results in the company, not just theory.
  • Your company has between 20 and 500 employees.

Not for you if:

  • You're looking for a general introduction with no intent to implement.
  • You expect AI to sort everything out by itself, with nobody involved.
  • You're not willing to invest time for work between the weeks.
  • You want an external contractor, not an internal capability.
An honest expectation.

The participant will spend a few hours each week on their own project. Without that time there is no result. That's exactly why we work in small groups, with mentorship.

/08 — Value

Math that adds up.

No inflated promises. Below is a simple, conservative calculation — check it against your own numbers.

A new AI hire
€40,000+

per year, fully loaded — plus 3–6 months to find and onboard the person. If you find them at all.

An AI Champion from an existing employee
5 weeks

a person who already knows your company — targeting ~5 saved hours per employee per week, with knowledge that transfers to 10+ colleagues.

Numbers are illustrative and deliberately conservative. The actual impact depends on the company, industry and chosen processes.

/10 — FAQ

Honest answers.

We don't have time. How can we manage this alongside regular work?
The program is designed for busy people. Sessions are live and condensed, and the work in between is tied to your own project — work you'd have to do anyway, except now you do it better and faster.
AI changes too fast. Won't the knowledge become obsolete?
Tools change; the way of thinking doesn't. The program doesn't teach one tool — it teaches the ability to spot an opportunity and implement it. That stays useful no matter which tool is currently best.
We already use ChatGPT. What does this add?
Using ChatGPT and knowing how to systematically speed up company processes with AI are two different things. The program moves the company from occasional use to a deliberate capability carried by a specific person.
Our employees aren't technical. Is that a problem?
No. An AI Champion isn't a programmer. It's someone who knows your business well and learns to apply AI to it. No technical background required.
What about security and confidential data?
Security and privacy are covered in week one. The participant learns which data may go into tools and which may not — and sets the rules before damage happens. Infrastructure is EU-hosted, GDPR-ready.
Will AI replace our employees?
The intent is the opposite. AI takes over repetitive work so employees can focus on what makes them irreplaceable. The AI Champion is the person leading that change — not its victim, but its driver.

The question is no longer whether your company will adopt AI.

The question is whether you want to lead that change — or chase it. Book a 30-minute call: we'll check whether the program is right for you and who on your team is the right candidate.
